Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of EightK Germany Europe ("EightK", "we") and our service. By subscribing, starting a trial, or otherwise using the service, you agree to them.
1. The service
EightK provides an IPTV subscription delivered over the internet from German-based servers, accessed through compatible apps and devices. Access details are delivered electronically, usually within seconds of payment.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract to use the service.
3. Your account and access
Keep your login details secure and don't share them. Each plan permits the number of simultaneous connections stated at purchase (one for single-user, two for multi-user). Sharing credentials beyond your plan, or reselling access, is not permitted and may result in suspension.
4. Acceptable use
You agree to use the service lawfully and in accordance with the laws and licensing requirements that apply to you. You are responsible for the content you choose to access and for your own compliance. You must not misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, circumvent its limits, or use it for any unlawful purpose. Copyright matters are handled under our DMCA & Copyright Policy.
5. Plans, pricing and billing
Plans and prices are shown on the plans page in euros for the period stated. Pricing is flat with no lock-in: you pay for the chosen period (1, 3, 6 or 12 months) and the service does not auto-renew unless you choose to renew.
6. Trials
We offer a 48-hour full-access trial for €3 and a 24-hour free trial on weekdays (excluding live events). Trials are time-limited and end automatically.
7. Refunds
Every plan is covered by our 100% refund warranty, as set out in the Refund Policy.
8. Service availability
We aim for high availability and run high-capacity servers in Germany, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Performance also depends on your own internet connection and equipment, which are outside our control.
9. Intellectual property in the site
The EightK name, the website design and its text are ours and may not be copied without permission. This clause concerns the website itself, not third-party broadcast content.
10. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (including your statutory consumer rights in the EU). Subject to that, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the period concerned.
11. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, including the acceptable-use and copyright provisions.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [Germany / the jurisdiction of the company — to be completed], without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence in the EU.
13. Changes
We may update these terms; the "last updated" date reflects the latest version. Material changes will be communicated where required.
