Refund Policy

Last updated: 31 May 2026

The short version: every EightK plan is covered by a 100% refund warranty. If the service isn't right for you, contact us and we'll make it right. And because we'd rather you tested first, the €3 trial exists precisely so you can try before you buy.

1. Our 100% refund warranty

We back every paid plan with a 100% refund warranty. If you're not satisfied with the service, get in touch and we will refund you in line with this policy. We can offer this because we lead with a real trial — we'd rather you found out it works before you pay, not after.

2. Try before you buy

The honest first step isn't a refund — it's the 48-hour trial for €3, plus a 24-hour free trial on weekdays (excluding live events). Testing the service on your own device and connection, ideally during a busy match, tells you in minutes whether it's right for you and avoids the need for a refund at all.

3. How to request a refund

Message us on live chat (open 24/7) or through the contact page with the email used at purchase and a brief note of the issue. The quicker you tell us what's wrong, the quicker we can either fix it or refund you.

4. Timeframe

We process approved refunds promptly. The time for the money to appear depends on your payment provider, typically within a few business days of approval.

5. Your statutory rights (EU consumers)

If you are a consumer in the EU, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days. For digital content and services that begin immediately, this right can end once performance has started with your prior express consent and acknowledgement that you thereby lose the withdrawal right — which is common where access is delivered instantly. This policy does not limit any statutory rights you have; our refund warranty is offered in addition to them.

6. Questions

Anything unclear? Ask us on live chat or via the contact page — a real person will answer.

This is a template and should be reviewed by a qualified lawyer to ensure it matches your payment flow and your obligations under EU consumer law before launch.
